Jef works with instructors and instructional designers to provide visual applications of the theories and practices covered in SOS training. He develops formats and templates for all SOS training, providing a consistent look and feel to emphasize content. Jef applies his 25 years of experience in graphic design to designing visually engaging training to hold the students interest and reinforce text and narration.
Prior to SOS, Jef was Senior Art Director/Reading Group at the Reader’s Digest Association promoting consumer products. His varied experiences in the publishing industry also includes Senior Art Director with Doubleday Direct promoting special interest book clubs and as Art Director/U.S. Promotion at Hachette Filipacchi Media (17 titles including Elle, Woman’s Day, Car and Driver and Road & Track). Jef has a Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts from The State University of New York at New Paltz.
